PROSPECTOR MOTEL REGULATIONS

1. A major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover only) and positive ID are required upon registration.

2. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If a pet is discovered in a guest room, a substantial cleaning charge will automatically be applied to that room, and all occupants will be EVICTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

3. Check-out time is 10:30 A.M.  If rooms are not vacated by then, at 10:31 A.M. a late charge will automatically be added on to the price of lodging.

4. Smoking in designated rooms only. Violators will be charged an additional room cleaning fee.

5. A $10.00 per room reservation cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for all room cancellations.

6. Multiple-night room requests will be given preference over single nights. Summer single-night reservations will be accepted no more than one month in advance of the requested date.
